Accessing the Library Effectively
- Login to the Library website
- Click on
icon (top right) - Try the Trainee Resources page
- Find full text online books, e-journals and multimedia
- Explore the various Specialty Resources pages (Cardiothoracic Surgery link)
- Use online forms to order journal articles or expert database searches
- Search for a specific book or journal title
- Undertake a topic search of available e-resources with Summon
- Access the MEDLINE or Embase databases for more advanced searching options
- Receive latest e-journal article alerts via email or Read by QXMD app
- Simplify journal access with the BrowZine App or BrowZine web version – create a personal bookshelf
