As a member of ANZSCTS, you can access the journal content by going directly to the journal website and following these steps:

1. Go to http://www.heartlungcirc.org/claim/activate.
2. If you have already registered: Log in by entering your username and password. If you have not yet registered: Click on Create Account.
3. At the Registration page, provide the requested information and choose a Password. When finished, click Register at the bottom to continue.
4. On the next screen, check the box, “I receive my subscription through a society membership”. Enter your Email address as your Membership/ Account Number. This Email must be the one on file with ANZSCTS.
5. Click Activate Claim. You should now have access to full-text content of for Heart, Lung and Circulation which can be found at www.heartlungcirc.org.
