Medtronic is again partnering with Associate Professor Gavin Wright and Mr Naveed Alam to offer a pathway for adoption of Video Assisted Thoracic Surgery. It is expected that to achieve the quality outcomes that the VATS technique can offer that ANZSCTS members that wish to join the pathway would be committed to attend the course in May. Another course is planned for 2018/19.
If members are interested in attending the course in Melbourne they can RSVP on the email provided rs.paceaust@medtronic.com and/or call Stephen Moran 0412202287 from Medtronic. In addition there will be no cost to an ANZSCTS members to attend the course and Medtronic will arrange the logistics with the attendee.
